The Oringlink series USB-C to USB-C + Lightning split cable offers a versatile, energy-efficient solution for users who switch daily between Apple environments and standard Type-C devices. When connected to a single high-power Power Delivery wall socket or GaN charger, its dual-branch design eliminates the need to carry multiple cables, efficiently powering both a Type-C laptop or smartphone and an iPhone or iPad with a Lightning port.
Its electrical architecture supports a maximum power output of up to 100 W (20 V / 5 A) under the Power Delivery (PD) standard via its dedicated USB-C connector, enabling ultra-fast charging of ultrabooks, professional tablets and the latest generation of mobile phones. Its Lightning branch provides continuous fast charging tailored to the power requirements of iOS devices, incorporating intelligent load-sharing circuitry that detects the demand of connected devices and distributes the power evenly, preventing overloads, voltage spikes and thermal fluctuations that could shorten the lifespan of the batteries.
Inside, it houses a core of tinned pure copper conductors with low electrical resistivity, featuring multi-layer dielectric and electromagnetic shielding, ensuring linear conductivity without voltage drops and enabling the synchronisation of photographs, files and data backups at speeds of up to 480 Mbps via its enabled data line. Its outer structure is protected by a braided nylon sheath with high mechanical strength, offering resistance to wear caused by friction and accidental tugging, complemented by aluminium alloy metal connectors and elongated, break-resistant strain relief joints designed to withstand thousands of continuous bending cycles at all three connectors and the central split joint.
