1. PRICES

The prices of the products are indicated in €; VAT is NOT included, and shipping costs are not included either.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for orders at www.www.wiwub2b.es can be made by one of the following methods:


2.1. Debit or Credit Card (VISA/Mastercard)

We accept payments with VISA, Verified by VISA, MasterCard, and MasterCard SecureCode.

When placing the order, the customer will provide their card details during the purchase process. We do not store information related to debit/credit cards. The payment processing is done through the Virtual payment gateway of BANKIA.


2.2. Cash on Delivery:

The customer will make the full payment in cash at the time of delivery of the goods. For cash on delivery purchases, we currently do not charge a commission, only having a limit of €2500 maximum for cash on delivery payment.

We offer payment directly at our store located at Villafranca del Bierzo Street, 2, local 10, 28947 Fuenlabrada, Madrid. For in-store pickup, you must notify us in advance so that we can have the order prepared at the pickup time.


3. SHIPPING METHODS

Outside of this schedule, we cannot commit to providing this service due to the timing of the carriers that come to our facilities to collect the goods.

Shipping is FREE for orders over €150 (VAT not included) for the Peninsula and Portugal €181.50 (VAT included).

Shipping cost to mainland Spain and mainland Portugal: €4.95 for purchases from €0 to €150 (VAT not included) €5.98 (VAT included).

4. RETURNS

There are certain products that, for specific reasons such as hygiene, cannot be returned, such as in-ear headphones (in-ear, In-Ear Monitor); in case of manufacturing defects, they will be accepted. Returns will not be accepted for testing or mistakes, lack of power.

We do not rotate products or exchange for different ones; the return must be justified. If unauthorized merchandise is added to the return order, it will be held until the customer places the next order to take advantage of the shipping; if the customer does not wait, they must bear the shipping cost of the unauthorized merchandise.

NOTICE:* The hydrogel plotter category, as well as hydrogel film consumables, are exempt from any acceptance of returns and cannot be subject to the return or withdrawal policy as they are equipment with unique and non-transferable serial numbers and recharges.

NOTICE:* Products labeled as last price or on clearance will not be accepted for return or warranty processing as they are on sale.

Types of Returns:

4.1. For Breakage/Damage of the product during shipping:

In case of receiving any damaged product during transport, the customer has a period of 48 hours to claim from the receipt of the order and provide the requested documentation via WhatsApp 0034 689322676.

• Detailed description of what happened, indicating everything that helps clarify the facts and demonstrate the failure of the courier service that caused the breakage/damage of the product.

• Photographs clearly identifying the damage to the material.

• Photographs of the packaging where its "damages / dents / breaks" can be clearly seen. This field is very important because if the failure of the carrier is not clearly demonstrated, the claim may not be considered.

• Photographs of the carrier's label that also show the entirety of the product for which the claim is being made.

It is recommended that if you notice any damage to the packaging of your order, you put a note on the delivery receipt to document the incident (this way, it facilitates the procedures in managing any subsequent claims).

4.2.- For Shipping Failure/Error of the order:

When the non-receipt of a product in the shipment has been detected, the product differs from what was requested or does not meet the required characteristics as stated on www.wiwub2b.com. The customer has a period of 24 hours from receipt to notify the shipping failure/error and provide the documentation indicated below:

• Detailed description of what happened, indicating everything that helps clarify the facts and demonstrate the incident of the order.

• Photographs that help identify the incident. Examples: take photographs/screenshots to demonstrate failures in the description of the website/product, for the non-receipt of a product, take photographs that identify the order with all the products received positioned exactly as they were received, with their packing if any, and inside their corresponding box. This field is very important since if the incident is not clearly demonstrated, the claim may not be considered.

4.3. Due to withdrawal of the product:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any additional handling fees.

Returns of our products are accepted, provided that 14 days have not passed since the receipt of the product and as long as the product is in good condition (the merchandise must be sent in its original packaging and with all its accessories. It must be presented in perfect condition, without being unsealed, dirty, stained, with odors, damaged, or with any caused damage. Otherwise, the return will be rejected).

If the product was purchased with the free shipping promotion, the customer will be charged the proportional amount corresponding to the part of the order returned, provided that the order did not meet the conditions to be free. In this case, the customer will manage and pay for the shipping.

4.4. Due to product defect:

If the received product has any type of defect or deficiency, we will proceed with the exchange following the next process:

The customer must contact WIWU EUROPE, arrange for the pickup of the product, and contact our After-Sales department.

The collection will be managed, the product will be received in our warehouses, and its condition will be checked to determine if it is indeed defective.

On the contrary, if the product is in perfect condition, the customer will bear the return shipping costs and the reshipment of the material. Whenever possible and to avoid unnecessary costs to the customer, the merchandise can be sent with the customer's next order.

Procedure for processing a return:

This operation is processed daily; if you have not received a response within 48 hours, please contact our after-sales department directly at 650 977 679.

To request the collection of merchandise once the previous cases are met, it must exceed €50 "taxes not included" or exceed 15 items in POOR CONDITION; otherwise, shipping costs will not be covered. If the customer wishes, they can personally cover the shipping costs of the merchandise to our facilities.

*NOTE: The WIWU EUROPE plotter cannot be returned or exchanged due to dissatisfaction with the product; this product is personal and non-transferable as each serial number is linked to the email account.

*NOTE: Returns will be made in the form of a coupon with no expiration or product exchange.

*NOTICE: For customers outside the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. We do not assume logistics costs for returns, RMA, or warranties; in no case will WIWU EUROPE cover shipping and return costs within those territories.


5. WARRANTY

Products purchased through www.wiwub2b.es have a warranty period of 2 years from the moment of delivery, covering possible manufacturing defects of the product.

The Wiwub2b plotter comes with a 1-year warranty as this product is considered a professional product.

Wearable or consumable items have a limited warranty of 6 months, such as batteries, headphones, or cables.

If the product shows any defect during the first six months, it is presumed that the defect was present from the factory, unless proven otherwise.

If the lack of conformity appears after those first six months, it is the customer's responsibility to prove, through a technical or expert report, that the defect was original and existed at the time of delivery of the product, and that it was not caused by misuse.

You may choose to demand the repair or replacement of the product, unless one of these two options is objectively impossible or disproportionate.

In the event that the product cannot be repaired or replaced with another of identical characteristics, the customer will have the option to request a price reduction or a refund.
