Orders and shipments

📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE

In Wiwu, there is no cutoff time or deadline for shipments.

Orders are prepared and dispatched continuously until the carrier picks up the goods.

⚠️ Note:

When many customers leave last-minute orders for loose or custom products, it creates a bottleneck in the warehouse that makes it impossible to prepare all shipments on time. Therefore, we ask all customers to be proactive and place their orders in advance.

👉 We also remind you that we do not work with custom orders for loose items, as they create an excessive workload in the logistics process.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


Shipments to Spain and mainland Portugal

We ship to Spain and mainland Portugal with Correos Express and GLS, with delivery in 24 hours.

  • Shipping costs:

    • Free for orders over 100 € (excluding taxes).

    • Orders under: automatically calculated fee.

  • Order dispatches:

    • From Sunday to Friday.

    • Next day delivery, including Mondays.

    • Saturday deliveries(only mainland Spain): 9 €

All the services we offer have a tracking number and notifications via email and SMS regarding the delivery forecast.


Shipments to Ceuta and Melilla

Orders are shipped to:

  • Melilla: via Transportes Cabrero (Málaga)

  • Ceuta: via Cabas Transitarios (Algeciras)

Wiwu Europe covers shipping up to the freight forwarder. The customer will pay for maritime transport and customs procedures directly upon receipt.

If you wish to use another carrier, you must inform us with their details.


Shipments to the Balearic Islands

Shipments with Correos Express, delivery in 2 to 3 business days.

All the services we work with have tracking numbers.


Shipments to the Canary Islands

📦 Orders over 800 €: Free shipping to the Canary Islands

🔁 Customs clearance and IGIC are the responsibility of the customer and managed by the transport company. For shipments to the Canary Islands, the ship departs the same Thursday, so orders must be closed and paid before that Thursday; otherwise, there will be 2 weeks of transit.
