Orders and shipments
Order Processing Times
At WiWU, we process orders from Sunday to Friday before 6:00 PM so they can be collected by our courier at the end of the day.
Orders placed outside these processing hours will be dispatched on the next business day.
We do not process orders on Saturdays.
Shipping to Mainland Spain and Portugal
We ship to Spain and mainland Portugal with Correos Express and GLS, with delivery in 24 hours.
Shipping costs:
Free for orders over 200 € (excluding taxes).
Orders under: automatically calculated fee.
Shipping to Ceuta and Melilla
Orders are shipped to:
Melilla: via Transportes Cabrero (Málaga).
Ceuta: via Cabas Transitarios (Algeciras).
WiWU covers shipping to the freight forwarder. The customer is responsible for paying the sea freight and customs clearance charges upon delivery.
If you wish to use another carrier, you must inform us with their details.
Shipping to the Balearic Islands
Shipments are made with Mosca, with delivery in 3 to 4 business days.
Shipping costs:
Free for orders over €500 (excluding taxes).
Orders under: automatically calculated fee.
Shipping to the Canary Islands
Shipments are made with Mosca, with delivery in 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping costs:
Free for orders over €800 (excluding taxes).
Orders under: automatically calculated fee.
International Shipping
Shipments are made with UPS, with delivery in 1 to 2 weeks.
Standard shipping: €30.
Orders over €750: €60 shipping (shipped in 2 packages).
Orders over €1500: €90 shipping (shipped in 3 packages).

All the services we offer have a tracking number and notifications via email and SMS regarding the delivery forecast.
